Technology


Our core photonic component technology is based around Indium Phosphide and Gallium Arsenide compound semiconductor platforms, Silicon-Germanium based Si-Photonics platform and several planar lightwave waveguide platforms. Through both photonic and vertical integration, our advanced components become engines of optical modules and subsystems, which include in-house implementation of electronic control circuitry and system integration. Our proprietary photonic platforms can be used to realize a number of devices and a variety of building blocks for photonic integrated circuits, including:
